Just a little baby update:
I went in to see my doctor when I was about 37 weeks & I was hoping this little lady had moved. I was really doubting that she had moved head down but the doctor said, "well, miracles happen" - he checked and said, "I feel a head down here!" Wow! What a neat little miracle, I really didn't think that she was going to move. So no more c-section as of now and I am so excited that I can have her naturally (with an epidural that is:) The doctor said last week that I have had no progress though, she hasn't even dropped & I am not dilated at all... so if she doesn't come by the 19th then I am going to be induced that day. I am now almost 39 weeks but I have a feeling that I have a bit longer to wait, but that is okay with me honestly - she will come when she's ready. I just gotta work on walking as much as possible! Thanks for all the advice & support after my last post. It's so wonderful how things just work out:) Now we just want her to get here safely!

Wow, you look about ready to me! I'm glad you don't have to do the c-section now.
Yay! I'm so glad she turned!
With my 1st, I was 3 days late, And only dilated to a 2 when I got to the hospital. I scrubbed floors, and walked as far as i could on the curb until I had to pee (which wouldn't get me far), but still this little girl didn't want to come. So on my 3rd day after my due date we went to buy her blessing outfit @ Crismons and then came home and made burgers & fries, then went to see Shrek the 3rd and I started labor 1/2 way through the movie. I remember every moment of the day & it was wonderful.
I can't wait for you to experience it. Just be patient and enjoy these last few days as a family of 2 :)
Congratulations! And I love the name Ruthie!
Glad she turned! I was over a week late and went to the gym and walked three miles, and got nothing, except really sore feet. I tried everything except castor oil ,ugh. I went in to the hospital at 9 days over due not even dilated or effaced so just be patient and enjoy your time now cause she will come when she is ready, can't wait to see her!
Holy Cow! I feel like it's gone by so fast! Best of luck to you 3 while you're anxiously awaiting her arrival. You look really good by the way;)
I'm so glad she turned for you! Babies tend to come when they are ready. I'm personally already planning on going over! Ha ha! I cannot wait to see pictures of her and I hope all goes well with your delivery! Love you girlie! You're going to be such an amazing mommy! I cannot wait!
Good Luck! You're almost done cooking! Yea! Glad to hear you don't have previa too...I had it last time and trust me...no fun. It put me on bed rest for the end and then I ended up getting an emergency c-section anyways... and just so you know, my friend just had her second c-section and was worried since she wants a big family, and her doctor said you can still have a good number (7-8) as long as you allow yourself healing in between, and she had actually done a lady's 14th c-section! So should anything happen last minute, which most likely isn't the case, it's good to know :-) Can't wait so see cute pics of Ruthie!
hope it all goes well. i've had two c-sections and recovered swimmingly from both. you and baby girl will be fine either way!
